Remembrance Service
The Remembrance Service is a shared service with St Petronilla’s Whepstead, Whepstead Baptist
Chapel and St Andrew’s, Brockley. The service is followed by the laying of wreaths at the
Whepstead War Memorial. Craig Young will be representing St Petronilla’s and St Andrew’s.
Harvest Festival Gifts
Following the successful Harvest Festival with the Baptist Chapel in the Village Hall several bags of
food were taken to the Vineyard Church Food Bank in Bury. The collection of £224.50 was also
given to the Food Bank. Many thanks to all those who donated and also many thanks to all those
who contributed to the organisation of this shared service.
Welcome Advent
The churches of the Benefice are inviting you to take part in a transformative journey with our
church community through the Everybody Welcome Course. This is a practical and inspiring
programme designed to help us become a more welcoming church for all.
Start Date: Wednesday19th November and continuing on 26th November and 3rd and 10th December.
Time 10am for 10.30am to 12.15pm. Location: Brockley Village Hall. If interested please contact
