As I write this, the Spring bird migration is
just about over. I9m still hoping that the
caller in the belfry will attract some
returning young Swifts (left). There is a small
colony in Gulling Green. The pairs there will
stick with their nest site through thick and
thin. Meanwhile the colony in St John9s
church in Bury goes from strength to strength.
With luck we maybe get young birds from
there as well. It would be wonderful to get
