Parish Council Update - July 2026
Another quiet month for the parish council so you will be pleased to know my report for July is
brief.
Children9s Playground
The base to the playground has now been replaced with a low maintenance bonded rubber
mulch. The overall surface to the playground should no longer pose any risk to little ones as
all the trip hazards have been removed.
Given that the funding we received from West Suffolk Council had to be spent by September
2026, I am pleased we have been able to come in on time and budget!

Still no news on our application despite repeated emails requesting updates.
