Social Bowls
The club continues to meet every other Thursday in the Village Hall 1400 3 1600. Dates in June
and July are as follows: July 2nd,16th and 30th August 13th & 27th If you fancy trying something new,
all welcome. Tea, Coffee, cake, biscuits and a warm welcome on offer.
On 18th of June, we visited Glemsford CBC for a friendly match. They have three very varied mats;
some are very fast and some very slow so playing is a challenge. Brockley had 11 representatives
and borrowed a Glemsford player so we could play three sets of Fours. As this was only the second
time we had played here, and for some it was the first, everyone acquitted themselves really well
and Glemsford only
