Carols Round The Tree
Nearly 60 people came along and joined in the Village Hall Event - Carols Round the Tree. There
was mulled wine, luxury hot chocolate, lovely festive food a quiz and craft from 6pm - then at 7pm
we started on the carols. About 30 people braved the cold and sung outside around the tree and
another 30 people sung from inside the hall. Robert and Lydia Studd played keyboard and violin
(Roberts father was one of the people who started Crazy Horse Motorcycles in Bury, which is still
going strong today.) £206 was raised for the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal 2025. Thank you
everybody who made it such a great village event.
Strictly Brockley Dance Club
We are a small group who like to have a laugh, fancy footwork optional.
